Whats the best deck or deck statagy?

I dont know how to make a poll and i need to know: what do you think is the best deck and why. Ithink ZRE is the best because it runs so smoothly no matter what its against, ecept for groudon ex and kyogre ex.

Hmm, I have a great deck, it's easy to make because the cards are easy to come by, but the entire deck is incredibly powerfull, and it has perfect synergy with all other cards in it. It's called Ludicargo.

I dunno if this is in the right section, but...

I tend to favor haymaker decks, myself, but using only haymaker pokemon is a bad idea.
