If you want help, first figure out what game it is you have, then post it in the proper section. If you have all games available to you, From what I remember, the FireRed/LeafGreen Elite Four are the best to level up. If that didn't help you, or you don't have FireRed/LeafGreen (which you should seeing as you have Mewtwo), go ask in the proper section:
