What's the creepiest pokemon?

I didn't see this, so I decided to post this. Sorry if it's already been posted...

Porygon-z, the virtual pokemon. It's program was modified to enable it through alien dimensions. Seems there might have been an error....

Anyone else creeped out?

Shedinja, the shed pokemon. A strange Pokemon--It flies without moving it's wings, has a hollow shell for a body, and does not breathe. Peering into the crack on it's back is said to steal one's spirit.

So, what pokemon creeps you out the most? I can be because of how it looks, pokedex data, or anything else.

Edit:Oh, me? I forgot to say what creeps me out the most. Beheeyem, it not only squeezes it's enemy's brain, but alters their memory. Hypno is also pretty creepy.
