My go to store is a unique place in Iceland (Europe) that deals exclusively with pokemon cards. Including used V-Cards and even way older packs stuff. It's even called Pokehöllin (it simply means Pokemon Palace)

You would have to know where Skeifann is near Laugardalshöll. It has a really tiny shopping mall called Glæsibær
