Whats up with that?

Yo, i just got my Eevee's friendship maxed out, the time being 8:45PM, and when it was evolving, it evolved into espeon! I stopped its evolution of course, because i have and espeon and need an umbreon, i also checked the game time and it was right, why did this happen?

12PM - 11:59PM = Espeon
12AM - 11:59AM = Umbreon

Are you sure it was your GAME CLOCK that was at 8:45? Unless you set your clock to perfect time, the real world time will be different from the game's time.

Ok im confused at this, how can espeon be 12 Am-11:59 AM? 11:59 is one minute before 12 am so thats a whole day, and you did exactly the same thing for umbreon only with pms, and my game clcok is DEFENITELY correct, can you please help me out?

Umbreon/Espeon!

A: Unlike in G/S/C, where day/night was 6 to 6, this game’s day/night is 12 to 12.
So:
Umbreon = 12 midnight to 12 noon
Espeon = 12 noon to 12 midnight

Don't ask me why Nintendo did it that way, I don't know.

Please, PLEASE read the FAQs, that's what they're there for.

EDIT: 11:59 AM is one minute before 12 PM, not AM.
