I've always wondered why Farfetch'd has that 'd. What does it mean?

Also, how do you pronounce Farfetch'd 'cause I think its pronounced Far-fetch-eddy. it don't make sense if you say: Farfetch-dee, right?

Its pronounced like far-fetched
that is why it is written like that...

I think that the 'd is there to differentiate the term farfetched from the pokemon farfetch'd.

Didn't do that with good 'ol Oddish ("somewhat strange") and Gloom ("feeling of melancholy apprehension").
I realize that Gloom is a word too but I think that the pokemon Gloom came from 2 words gloom/bloom

Pokegoth

My Chinese Village
I thought it was because the name was too long. Hm.. I dunno.

The ' is an apostrophe, as you should now, and it's there to replace an "e". Farfetched. Take away the last "e", put in a ' , and you have Farfetch'd.

Far-fetched is an adjective. Since a Pokemon is a noun, and obviously not an adjective, I guess they decided to make it Farfetch'd and spell it differently so that people wouldn't get confused.

Is Farfetch'd the only pokemon with an aposthrophe in its name?

It can also be something like those phrases: "Blam'd", "Slice'd", etc. That they replace the 'ed' with an 'd. Like Farfetched = Farfetch'd.

Cos they wanted to have on.
Looking at Pokemon that share names and such:

Gloom.
Seel.
Bayleef.

The 'd replaces 'ed', nothing more.
Also, Far-Fetch-Eddy?
Where'd ya get that from o.0
