What's with those celebi's everywhere??

They are pink (shiny Celebi) when the user is offline. Guess what green means then?

*edit* Sorry, I forgot this: The Celebi before the name of a forum is pink if the forum contains no new posts. But there is a legend that tells you this at the bottom of the index page anyway.
