Would have to be jirachi. I don't know why, i just really love its design.

Blaziken would be a close second though.

Salamence is my top favorite. I've always loved Salamence.

Others I like are Sceptile since Treecko was my first Hoenn starter, Swampert is cool too.
Absol for looking cool in general and predicting disasters. Tropius is a dinosaur with leaf wings and it can actually fly, so enough said there.
I love Linoone as well for being the only fully evolved Pokemon to know Pickup so far and it reminds me of Appa from TLA.
Metagross and Aggron are also cool and I used them the first time around in my Sapphire version.
