What's your favorite Legendary in R/S/E?

Well title is obvious, I was going to do a poll, but I want people to say why also -

Name: Latias
NoC: Modest
Reason: It's the one of the very two first legendary pokemon to be given a gender. It is also a Dragon type which is a favorite and combo'd by the psychic part. It not only has great Special Attack, but good speed, and unlike most of the legendaries it's stats aren't all broken in the 400's. In fact it could just as well have been considered not a legendary due to the fact that it wasn't as powerful.

Rayquaza is my favetet legendary because he is rare and very very very very very STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
