Latios is my favorite, but Celebi is a close second. I love psycic and dragon types. this is of topic but have you noticed that all the pokemon (mew, celebi, jirachi, deoxys) that you can't get in the games without a wonderspot are pyschic type?

My beloved Rayquaza. It's helped me out a lot when it came to training my weaker pokemon. When the battles against the wild pokemon got too tough my rayquaza always pulled us through.
