I really like the Legendary Beasts and Golems, but the Creation Trio isn't bad either.

I'm really liking the Tao Trio with all the Yin/Yang, opposites, energy/lack of energy, Fire/Lightning/Ice-in-a-main trio, and genetic (BW2) ideas.

The other trios are alright, but I find the Tao Trio the most interesting so far.
