This fan-fic follows (though, very loosely) follows the adventures of sonic in the popular anime, Sonic X.
“What?!?” Chris cried, being told something by Sonic the Hedgehog.
Sonic the Hedgehog is a blue hedgehog who is also the fastest thing alive. He’s very care-free but cannot stand the forces of evil. He’s got a great heart and it would be against his philosophy not to help out.
“I’m sorry Chris, but there is nothing I can possibly do about this.” Sonic sadly explained.
See, Sonic and his friends we offered a chance to go back to Mobius, their home planet by Chris’s grandfather, Chuck Thorndyke. He told Sonic about his invention which could send Sonic and his friends back to their world. So Sonic, for once thinking about his own needs, gladly told Chuck he would go. When he told Chris, he was very disappointed and did not want Sonic to leave.
“You can’t leave! You…You just can’t leave!” Chris said, as he began to weep.
As he cried, Miles “Tails” Prower came to comfort Chris.
Miles, better known as Tails, was Sonic’s best friend and was very loyal. In the past we was not strong enough to go alone, but know he’s rarely with Sonic, as the little hedgehog was hard to keep up with. He was a young yellow fox with two tail (thus is where his nickname came from.)
“Chris, don’t worry, we’ll always be with you,” As Tails said this, he gave Chris the fake emerald he had made long ago. It sparkled with chaos energy in several shades of dark yellow.
“I don’t care what you say anymore!” Chris shouted, as he started to run towards his house.
“I don’t understand it, why is he disappointed? Wasn’t he the one who said he’d do anything to get us back home?” Tails asked his spiky little friend, Sonic.
“Tails, you have to understand that Chris is going through a lot, we might have to leave him alone for awhile.” Sonic explained, as the both stared at the bright red and yellow sunset from a field full of sunflowers.
“We’ll just have to see what will happen; I sure do hope he won’t try to do anything too dramatic.” Tails said, as he began to think about how dramatic Chris could become.
“It’ll be okay, lets just see where time will take us” Sonic calmly told his friend, as the two walked toward Chuck Thorndyke’s house to arrange everything for the good-bye.
