Lightning (Waterfall near the cave)

Lightning woke up from her dream to the sound of the rumbling waterfall. She was lost again.

"First I get turned into a L'cie, then that cloud comes out of nowhere and kills the Fal'cie, then that battle, and now I'm having dreams about Cinos while lost in the mountains..........I must have hit my head on that purge train" Lightning said to herself as she got up and looked around. All she remembered of her dream was seeing the world she was in being destroyed and her being with 9 others she'd never seen before.

"Maybe my focus is to kill that.........thing......behind all this."

Before she has time to ruminate her dream any more, she hears faint voices and what sounded like someone kicking a rock.

She moved towards the sounds and peered through the bushes to see a girl sitting on a rock playing with some stones, and saw a group not far from her in the cave. They didn't look hostile, so she decides to wait in the bush until they notice her or she makes sure they're not hunting her.

"Well, maybe." said Inuyasha. This made Negi happy, since this wasn't solved by violence. Negi smiled, and looked around. There was someone new! He smiled once more.

"Hello, my name is Negi Springfield. My companion here is Kotaro Inugami. Are you a survivor as well?" asked Negi. Kotaro whacked Negi on the head. When he looked, Kotaro was giving Negi a "You-talk-too-much" look. Negi apologized to Kotaro, then looked back at the newcomer. She was sitting on a rock, which was the one that Kotaro was sitting directly across from. Too bad Kotaro threw his. It was better for sitting, due to its size and shape. Kotaro, feeling the essence of a brand new aura, which he never felt before, well, maybe during the battle, but he didn’t recognize it, rushed outside. He summoned his inugamis and sent them into a bush, where he found his inugamis staring at some girl behind a bush. What the heck? The Demon-half looked at her, and growled. “Who are you?”

Negi, seeing as his half-demon wolf companion, rival, and friend was leaving rather hastly, he looked outside of the cave. Kotaro was glaring at some girl, who was trying to hide behind a bush. Was she an assassin or ally?



Fate, feeling that his enemy was nearby, began to look out of the cave he was in, just above the one Negi’s group was in. Negi, and his mangy mutt Kotaro… They must be punished, but only once they leave an opening.

Lightning knew that her plan to spy on them could have gone better if she knew that the wolf could smell or sense her in the bush.

From what she heard, it sounded like the group didn't know each other so well. But does that mean they will believe her story. Lightning flashed through her mind "A servant of a Fal'cie, an immortal being......what if they assume the being she is talking about is Cinos. That would mean that she is an assassin sent to kill them and any survivors from the battle. No, that wouldn't work. They can probably tell that I'm not an ordinary human. So what do I tell them. What if they really work for Cinos? What do i say that won't make them want to attack me....at least right away"

But then she remembered how this all started and came up with a lie.

"My name is Lightning. I got lost in the mountains with my sister when we tried to flee the battle. I have been looking for a while but I can't find her. When I heard voices coming from this cave, I thought that one of you might have been my sister, but I couldn't see you in the darkness. I didn't mean to sneak up on you." Lightning said in a pleading voice.

Negi, being the kind, gentlehearted kid he is, smiled and put out a hand for Lightning to shake. Yep, the kindhearted guy always fall into traps and lies first. The british mage believed her. "In that case, here, get up. We'll help you find your sister."

However, Kotaro growled, and pushed away Negi's hand from in front of Lightning. Kotaro put a hand on Lightning's back, and got up as fast as he could. "She's lying. A lying person's heart always beats faster than an average person."

"Kotaro-kun, but she was surprised just now, and she is sad from losing her sister! That wuld have the same effect, right?" said Negi, trying to reason with Kotaro, but Kotaro shook his head.

"It's different. When a person is lying, their body also gets tense. Very tense." Said Kotaro, and summoned his inugamis. Next up was Kage-Bunshins. Since he made sixteen inugamis, he made 15 clones. He surrounded Lightning with them, an inugami with a Kotaro behind each one, and sneered. "Your name, is probably true, Lightning nee-san. Still, you are lying about your past. Now, will you tell us the truth?"

"If that's the case, I trust you, Kotaro-kun. Mea Virga! Sagitta Magica, series Lucis!" yelled Negi, and his staff came flying. Negi caught it, and a bunch of magic orbs charged with light appeared. Pointing the staff at Lightning, Negi looked at one of the Kotaros. A seventeenth Kotaro appeared, who put his hand on Lightning's back. "Now, tell us the truth, please. If you are lying, Kotaro-kun's clone here will know it, and I may have to attack you. Also, you are surrounded, and cannot escape unless you know a teleporting spell."

"This is geting interesting." Said Fate, watching Kotaro and Negi, trying to interrogate Lightning.

Lopmon: On a rock near Inuyasha

Lopmon came out from under the rock, TWO demons were infront of her. Her plan to be a cute helpless bunny was working, but now it was time to brake that cover and attack the demon with the large sword. She hoped off the rock and quickly got next to him. After that she dissapeared in a flash of light and was replaced with a large, skinny rabbit standing on its back legs, taller the a tall hill. "Fox Tailed Demon. You have destroyed the only communication in our town, and I am here to stop you!" The large rabbit said. She raised her arms as if they were large axes, and hit a large rock that was next to her. The rock shattered and was turned into a fine dust that shined im the sunlight. "Are you ready to battle the Rabbit Dava Antylamon?" She didn't give him time to awnser, and quickly ran past Inuyasha like a speeding bullet hitting his side.

So now she was stuck.

Lightning knew from her Guardian Corps. training that L'cie can't teleport using their magic. And she knew that the one who everyone called Kotaro can tell she is lying. So she was left with two choices: Tell the truth or Fight.

"Nothing gets past you I see" She said looking at Kotaro in her serious voice.

"Yes, my name is really Lightning, and I did lose my sister. It was at my birthday party that she told me she was made into a Pulse L'cie, a servant of a Pulse Fal'cie; an enemy of where I'm from, when she entered this ancient structure near our town, Bodhum, called The Vestige. I thought that she was lying and told her that it was my job to kill her if she was Pulse L'cie. She ran away and hid in the Vestige. But thats when things got worse.

The military unit in charge of Pulse affairs, PSICOM, found out about the Pulse Fal'cie in the Vestige and ordered it carried off to Pulse and the entire civilian population of Bodhum deported to Pulse as well. I knew that if the vestige was taken to Pulse, I'd never be able to reach my sister and apologize for what I said......So I snuck on board one of the purge trains going to Pulse. But the civilians on-board rebelled and the train crashed about half-way to Pulse.

In the fighting that followed, I caught sight of the PSICOM unit in charge of moving The Vestige and sneaked my way past the soldiers into The Vestige. I looked for almost an hour and found what I was hoping not to find.........The Fal'cie."

Lightning noticed that her L'cie brand on her lower forearm was showing. She pulled her gloves over it.

"It was everything the lieutenant told me it would look like. Huge, intimidating, and illusions you'd get from looking at it. Before I knew it, I was a L'cie myself and the soldiers had entered the Vestige to find me there. They would have probably killed me right there if that black cloud hadn't come and swallowed up the soldiers and the Fal'cie

Then that battle happened, and I somehow ended up in the mountains in this strange world....and now here I am.

Every L'cie is granted magic, increased strength, abilties, and a Focus chosen by the Fal'cie. All I know is that L'cie have a dream shortly after becoming one which gives them a clue to ehri Focus. After the battle, I had a dream about this world being destroyed by whatever it was that created it. So i'm assuming my Focus is to do that, But something still on my mind is where my sister is. I don't know if she was swallowed by the cloud or is still alive somewhere.

So thats my story......the truth."

"Yep, that's the truth all ri- CRAP!" yelled Kotaro, as he facepalmed. He looked at Neg, who was giving him a "what's going on" look. Kotaro groaned. "We completely forgot, Negi. You can read memories! How the heck did the manage to forget that?"

Negi, realising the same thing as Kotaro, shook his head. "It would be wrong to find out the truth that way. Anyway, we got the truth, and we have an enemy. Isn't that right, Fate?"

Tertium "Fate" Averruncus came out of the ground. Being the Averruncus of earth was very useful. Still, he had the same blank expression on. "Good job on finding out that I was here. I must ask, how did you do it?"

"You were preparing to attack. It was easy to trace the magic signature back to you." Said Negi, smiling. He turned towards Fate Averruncus, and prepared for a fight. "So, are you here to try and seal the world again?"

"My plans are for me to know, and you to find out." Answered Fate, and prepared for battle as well. "Let us try not to fight right now. The time for our fight will come."

"Wai-" began Kotaro, trying to grab Fate, but he was too late. Fate disappeared into the ground.

INUYASHA: Mountains

Inuyasha sat on his small rock, watching the newest person slowly get conjoined with the group. "God dammit. They keep acting like we're some kind of team. I can handle my se-" But his quiet speech was interrupted by the small bunny creature, once cute and small, now huge and deadly. The beast started to speak.

"Fox Tailed Demon. You have destroyed the only communication in our town, and I am here to stop you!"

Inuyasha growled, as the huge bunny shattered a rock into dust, as if it that meant something. "FOX demon? FOX?! Im a dog, and you better remember that!" Well, at least he wasn't a wolf.

"Are you ready to battle the Rabbit Dava Antylamon?"

Inuyasha gripped his blade hilt tightly, and readied to counter whatever she had planned. Of course, the beast didn't actually give Inuyasha any time to reply, as the bunny sped up to him, and rammed into his side, like some sort of speeding bullet. Inuyasha felt the shattering pain, but thanks to his demon blood, it felt like nothing more than a simple punch. Inuyasha smiekred, as he quickly pulled out his mighty blade, Tessaiga, and swung it at the roof, letting the cave collapse inwards, and on top of the bunny. Inuyasha pulled away, and rolled out of the cave, as the entire cave collapsed on top of Antylamon.

"Keh, Koga gives me more of a challenge." Inuyasha rest his blade on his shoulder, and looked back at the others behind him, all somewhat confused by the sudden battle. "Erh... Nothing. Don't worry about it."

Ichigo (Cave)
"My plans are for me to know, and you to find out." Answered Fate, and prepared for battle as well. "Let us try not to fight right now. The time for our fight will come."

"Who the hell was that?!" Ichigo had his sword out ready to chop something. He stared at the spot Fate appeared and vanished. Ichigo watched to make sure that he was gone and put his sword back. "We need to get moving, Cinos found where we are and he may send full force." He turned around and saw Inuyasha getting ready to battle Antylamon. "Son of a..." and charged over there trying to grab Antylamon. "We need to go, NOW!"

the ground shook, Cinos' world was changing again.

Cinos (Eyes)
"I told him to kill them. I DONT SEE THEM DEAD!" Cinos started to calm down. "Ok he said they would battle soon, so I will wait. This is my world, I will win.

Cinos started pacing back and forth thinking on how to improve his world after the battle was finished. He came up with some ideas:
Amusement Park, Arcade, Theater.
What Cinos didn't expect is that his thoughts came to life as he was thinking about them

Lucia Nanami/ Pink Pearl Voice

The young woman watched as two young men with some canine features came terrifyingly close to clashing; she was about to intervene when the pink puffball that had crashed into the cave stood between the two of them so as to attempt to make peace. The cave briefly became calm until one of the two who had been fighting charged at the bushes and demanded someone to come out. Sensing another conflict the young woman chased after the wolf-boy and his friend. She watched in horror as the wolf-boy nearly attacked a woman who seemed to be only a few years older than her. After introducing herself as Lightning she told a false story about what happened. The wolf-boy, however, seemed to sense she was lying and threatened her into telling the truth. The young woman began to tear up when she heard Lightning's true story. The wolf-boy seemed to relent a tiny bit, only for a third person to show up, obviously they weren't friendly. This third person spoke briefly with the boy before disappearing. After shaking her head she turned to the woman and said, "You said that your name is Lightning, right," She smiled and extended her right hand as she held her E-pitch in her left and said, "I'm Pink Pearl Voice." She lowered her head and said, "I'm also looking for someone close to me, three actually; maybe they're waiting for us together." She smiled as she tried to reassure the young woman.

"Poyo," Kirby said before he inhaling and then exhaling two rocks at the two canine demons. "Poyo, poyo, poyo," he said while waving his arm, as if telling them to stop. He then noticed the cave collasping. He shuffled his feet before taking a mighty inhale, sucking up at least half of the fallen rocks and such. "Poyo Poyo POYO!" Kirby said furiously as he looked at Inuyasha. He went over to check over the Ultimate Level digimon. He then noticed he area around them was changing. "Poyo" he said before raising his arms and the Warp Star appeared. He got on the Warp Star before finishing inhaling the the rest of the debris. He was panting slightly after inhaling a massive pile pf

After seeing Antylamon fight Inuyasha, Kotaro pointed at the pile of rocks and stones. "Ya see? You still wanna carry around cute things?!"

Negi began to dig through the heap of rocks, stones, and whatever else that fell from the cave, and pulled out Lopmon again. He began to cast his healing spell on her. Although it was very weak, Negi's healing spells did have effect after a while. Too bad they did not have Konoka-san to help them. "Yes. Although this creature was attacking out allies, it had a reason. For the time being, we should keep it with us for now, and find out what's wrong. There could be a major misunderstanding happening here."

Kotaro scoffed, when he heard Kirby keep saying "Poyo Poyo" again and again. This really annoyed him, especially because Kirby is something that Negi would consider "Cute".

"What the heck is that stupid puffball saying?!" yelled Kotaro, frustrated.

"Excuse me, master Cinos." said Fate, looking at a magic moniter he created to Cinos's room. "However, Negi himself is stronger than I, and Kotaro, the demon wolf pup over there, is almost as powerful. In order to defeat them, we must scatter them, and defeat them one by one, or atleast two by two. Please, if you may, send me some reenforcements."

At the sound of puffball Kirby looked at Kotaro and tilted his head. "Poyo?" he said in a questioning tone. On the Warp Star, he flew over to where Lopmon was and lifted her up onto the Warp Star. "Poyo!" he said as he was stating for them to get onto the Warp Star.

However, at the sound of the wolf boy's tone, Kirby's face was confused. He knew that people often had a tough time understanding him, but Tiff and Tuff could understand him and heck even a good deal of the people were abl to catch one merely by his tone, facial expressions and an analysios of the situation. Perhpas wolfie is not happy right now. However, he knew with the change the world was going on with right now, he had to get people to safety. "POYO! Poyo poyo!" he said while waving his arms in a panic. They need to get on and get going.

Lopmon got up after being healed by Negi. She wasn't badly injured and was still able to battle, but desided not to, due to the kindness she was shown. "You didnt have to heal me, It didn't hurt much. Now I should heal these birds..." She started shining again, this time a large halo formed above her head. The halo fell down to the ground slowly, and in a flash of light wraped arround Lopmon making her Cherubimon. The large rabbit lifted the rocks arround him with his psychic powers, untill finding afew bones. "This should take afew seconds, Tempus Bulla!" Each pair of bones were wraped into purple bubbles, when they poped the birds were all alive and put together. "I guess I can forget about my problems." Cherubimon's golden aura faded away, and Lopmon was now standing on a large rock. She jumped down and peted the birds, and chipred something to them. the birds flew away and down the mountain tword the Digimon Village. "I requested some food from the mayor, it should be here soon.

The Digimon Town

The Mayor of the small un named DigiVillage was sitting in his office, waiting for a bird so he can send his letters to other villages. His train of thought was inturrupted by a large group of birds pecking on his wondow. Mayor Angemon opened it to find a large flock of birds, each had a word from Lopmon. Each said their words out of turn, "the.town.not.in.DigiWorld.Lost.We.Are." The mayor had trobble beliving them, but then they started talking again. "We.Need.Supplies. Mountain. Lopmon." Angemon took a large container and stuffed it with blankets, Food, and medical supplies. The birds leave to tell the rest of the town about the sudden shift in location. Angemon was given many large boxes to send to them, and had to diliver them himself since the birds were to weak.

Inuyasha saw the commotion going on, but instead directed himself towards the small boy, digging through the debris to find that thing. Inuyasha smirked, as the small Lopmon was pulled out of the debris, clearly no longer its more violent form. "Guess I win then, huh?" He returned his sword to his scabbard, and walked over to the wolf-demon. But not before he watched the bones of the birds he had eaten get reverted back to their living forms. "Pfft, great, more food to eat." Inuyasha looked at the wolf, then at the girl he was talking too. She seemed like a warrior... Her eyes gave it away. And her scent. "Hey, whats your name?" He directed the question at Kotaro, whom he hadn't really been listening to before.

"I'm Kotaro Inugami, a wolf demon-half. As I lived in the human world, I lived as a lone wolf, doing assassination work in order to survive. I have trained myself in the arts of ninjutsu, along with my own style of inugami powers, so I can do things like this." said Kotaro, and went into the ninja position. In an instant, there were sixteen Kotaros. They all sneered, and each summoned up two inugamis. They all became an inugami wheel, and allowed every one of the Kotaros to fly, having a full-scale-one-man-brawl. After a bit, they all came down and the clones disappeared with the inugami wheels. "Easy way for training."

Then, Kotaro began to look around. He looked at Negi, and began to wave. "Hey! Negi! I'm bored! Sparring practice! NOW!"

"In that case, we will gladly accept your generous offer. I must thank you." said Negi, smiling. See? Everyone has atleast a tiny speck of goodness in their hearts! With a little spark, that one speck can become giant and will the whole heart. Of course, there are those who already are that way.

Then, he noticed Kotaro waving at him, and heard everything Kotaro said. He put a hand on his chin, and considered this. "hmm... since Fate WILL attack soon, it will be wise to try to get stronger... Was your name Lopmon? Please, excuse me for a bit."

Negi began to run towards Kotaro, preparing a spell. They began to have a fight, using a bunch of magic, and pretty soon they used one of their finishing spells. "Here we go, Kotaro! Sagitta Magica! Series Lucis! Oukahoken!!!"

"Heh, let us try out best! Come, Inugamis! Inugami Shikukokuroga! Garyuu Inugami Ryu Rouga Sou Shouda!!!" yelled Kotaro. As Negi began to create his orbs of magic, which then shot arrows that flew into Negi's fist, Kotaro summoned Inugamis which swirled into his fist, turning it pitch-black, and the fists slammed into eachother. There was a huge exploasion, with a large amount of snow gone from where the two were.

Ichigo (Park Outskirts)
Ichigo emerged out of the rubble and saw everyone else had survived the earthquake. Ichigo turned around and saw that an amusement park formed. "that explains the earthquake but why did he do this." Ichigo said to himself "Hey guys! look over here" Ichigo went closer wondering if it was a trap. he turned around looking at the others

"It may be a trap, but we have no idea how big this is it would take a shorter time to go through it then around it. What should we do?" Ichigo turned around to glimpse the park and once more at his allies. Ichigo picked up a rock and threw it inside to see if there were any traps. nothing happened but he couldn't be sure though.

Cinos (Eyes)
Cinos was sitting on his throne when Fate appeared
"Excuse me, master Cinos." said Fate, "However, Negi himself is stronger than I, and Kotaro, the demon wolf pup over there, is almost as powerful. In order to defeat them, we must scatter them, and defeat them one by one, or atleast two by two. Please, if you may, send me some reinforcements."

"Ah Fate, of course." Cinos got up from his throne and went up to Fate and said "Just so you know, I dont accept failure at all, so if you fail me I will kill you" he stepped back and snapped his fingers. Ten shadow like figures appeared from the ground. "They will follow any command you tell them and will not retreat. Make no mistake though if you go against me they will kill you."

"Yes sir. but you do remember... If you kill me, I will only come back stronger, the amount depending on the person who killed me, and a lust for revenge. I advise that you don't have any ideas about killing me." said Fate, still with his blank expression. He got rid of the magic screen, then looked back at the group. They were having a sparring match... This is good. This way, they will tire eachother out.

"You know what? NEGI! Let's fight with longer range!" yelled Kotaro, and Negi pulled out a bottle. he pulled out two red pills, and threw one to Kotaro. They each ate one, which turned them both into 18-year olds. Negi and Kotaro both smiled, Kotaro's being more of a sneer. Kotaro began to turn into a giant demon wolf, while Negi began to cast his spell of Thousand Thunderbolts.

"Hurl down lightning one hundred times and even one thousand times! Thousand Thunderbolts! Stagnet!!!" yelled Negi, and a giant orb of lightning came out of his hand. He then crushed it, then smashed it against the left side of his chest, yelling, "Complexio! Supplementum Pro!"

Negi's body turned into pure electricity, while Kotaro turned into a giant demon wolf. The two began to have a full-scale battle.

However, before the battle could continue, a wall of thick ice suddenly appeared between them. The cause was a surprising one. There was Kirby, however, he was now a pale blue and was wearing a crown made up of ice crystals with a yellow base and a snowflake-shaped jewel base. One may have noticed that Kirby had acciddently swallowed a good amount of the ice and a bit of magic, allowing it to be enough to transform into Ice Kirby.

"Poyo" Kirby begin before doing a sort of charades. By flailing his arms and doing sorts of fighting moves, he got out of breath before shaking his head. "F... Fate" he struggled to say before putting on his tired face and said "Attack," as he pointed toward them with a tired face. What he was trying to say is that if they kept fighting, they will get tired, which would leave them vulernable. Even though it was a bit hard to understand him, the overall idea of what he was saying made sense and was already in someone's mind.
