I want to know when I should evolve my Lombre into Ludicullo using a leaf stone or whatever? Like what would be the ideal level? Because I want a kick butt Water/Grass type.

Anytime would be fine. Lombre doesn't really learn any moves that are worth keeping. That is unless you want Hydro Pump which would be level 49.

No. Surf is way better than Hydro Pump. Evolve it anytime, imo. Lombre's level-up movepool is horrible.

Surf is a lot better than Hydro Pump, because of Hydro Pump's horrible accuracy. Evolve it whenever you want, because most of the good moves come from TM's or Move Tutors. Btw, Lombre evolves with a Water Stone, not a Leaf Stone.

do this breed it until it has leech seed and then give it Giga drain and Rain Dance and Surf.

The best set is:

Leech seed
Rain dance
Surf
Ice beam, so you could evolve it after it learns Rain dance.

giga drain actually helps...... more than Ice beam....a bit well it heals....:Ludicolo is a great staller

ice beam covers more. You can always switch.

Giga Drain covers water and thats it.

Ice Beam covers Dragon(This would be a promblem), Ground(but surf too), Grass (Same as Dragon), Flying (Most good-ones are Dragon-Flying).

So Ice Beam all the way.
