When Norton Attacks!

Like the title says :/ I've been contemplating posting here about it so.. finally I have.

Norton went completely apeshit a few days ago, and crashed my computer. Well not crashed per-say, but it locked us out, kept shitting on about the C-Drive is unstable, if it continues it will crash or something. And 'Something on the C-Drive is making it unstable'.

Seems it was Norton itself :/

I am just wondering, is the stuff on my old computer still rescuable, or should I just face the facts and admit all my wonderfull songs, stories, and art- NOT TO MENTION ALL MY LINKS- are gone?

._. help please

I'll assume you are on another computer:

You can take the C:\ drive of the old computer and put it in the new one. Then you can delete OldDrive:\Program Files\Symantec or Norton or whatever is there. After that you can just Ctrl+X/Ctrl+C all your files onto your other computer's HD. o.o
