well for me at first it was charizard i thought he was like yoshis brother of course i later figured out hes not (plus charmander evolves into him) but then i saw anima and i wanted a pikachu more then anything spent like an hour and a half lookin for him in the forest

I wanted Jynx and Kankasan the most. I never got them though XD I use to love those Pokemon.. Now I love Marshtomp XD I didnt know you needed a Poliwirl to get Jynx though.. So I spent hours looking for it XD

Then I got a mew through a random glitch my friend did and I wanted mewtwo. But now I like Typlosion + Gardevoir

With Mew being my favourite Pokemon at the time, it's obvious that I wanted it. Like, SO BADLY. And isn't it funny that it was the ONLY Pokemon not obtainable?

Of course, this was before the "Fly to Cerulean while a Gambler talks to you" cheat. So I was one those who raised a Magikarp nicknamed Mew to Lv 50 and who though you needed to get all the Snorlax's and look under the Mysterious Truck [or whatever...I can't even REMEMBER most of the crazy things I did out of desperation to obtain it].

Raichu and Vaporeon were the Pokemon I wanted the most.I also caught Missing No. a few times and ended up screwing up several of my games that way x.x

I got lucky. When I got my Blue version, I saw Blastoise on the cover and thought "It looks cool. I really want one." I had no idea what a Blastoise was, or that he evolved from Squirtle. I randomly chose Squirtle at the beginning. Lucky me.

Hmm, I think I wanted Jolteon and Ninetales the most way back in Blue. I remember I evolved Vulpix right when I caught it and regretted doing so, since it didn't really learn anything too useful. x_o Meh, oh well.

When I first got Gold (which was the first game I got), I really wanted Kabuto. I dunno why.

I got Crystal, and I wanted Vulpix so bad. But my luck...Vulpix can't be caught in Crystal. Oh well, I got to in Sapph.
