Where are Lati@s spotted the most?

I encountered Latios in the Desert, but I didn't have my Wynaut in my party, so it fled. Im wondering where you have seen Lati@s at before. I really want to catch it.

Its running around the place, so it isn't going to be an easy- to -tell location, but I caught mine in route 118

I say route 118. That's where 75% of my encounters occured. OR perhaps 119, or the route below Mauville. Just near mauville, in short. xD
