Where are the official Pokemon tournament rules?

I just signed up for that tournament thingy being held at the Journey Across America. I signed up for Seattle, as I live in Western Washington. That quiz was a joke. Anyhoo, I can't seem to find the official tournament rules. Can someone provide the link? And before you ask, I have scoured Pokemon.com looking for it, only to come up empty-handed.

I guess you don't have Adobe. OK then the most important stuff:
Double battle (2-2)
Use 4 Pokemon in your team
30 secs to choose moves; 8 Min overall battle time limit
Can't use: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi or Deoxys
No level limit (use 100 lvl Pokemon)
Can't have 2 or more of same Pokemon on your team
Of course no cheated Pokemon
No same hold items of Pokemon
No Soul Dew or Enigma Berry
No Wobbufet with Leftovers

I'm too lazy to write everything >.>

that is *ullshit! why the hell can't we use wobbuffet? that tournament rule is Uber cheap.
If they wanted to ban a pokemon, ban blissey, it's more Uber than wobbuffet.
