Well, first of all, it's plural. Second of all, they are on Mt. Pyre which is on route 121.

to get one orb you must defeat one of the teams (depending on which version you have) then you go to mount pyre and return it to the old ppl at the top of the mountain.

The orbs, in Emerald are owned by Maxie and Archie so you can't get them.

Hmm? We don't need the orbs to trade to R/S, we can trade to R/S anytime.

If you are playing emerald,then you dont get them you get the magma emblem instead.
But if you are playing Ru/Sa then its on Mt.pyre.
