I have pokemon md red, and I can't seem to find these particular pokemon:
feebas and snorlax

I've checked on every floor of the waterfall pond for feebas and every floor for snorlax at the howling forest for about 20+ times and I haven't found any!

Where are they?

I just saw a snorlax for the first time and caught it!

Before that I went to waterfall pond and the first pokemon I saw on the 17th floor was a feebas. Now to find 1 more and a beauty scarf...
