Where can I get a banner for my fic?

I don't know if I'm the only one wondering, but I'm kind of new and found myself wondering where all the authors got their banners. If someone could tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.

People Make them for them, or the writers Make them themselves. The best place to go is to the Fan Art Request forum and look around. Or have personal Corrispondance with a banner maker.

You ask people to make them for you. You gotta put what pictures you want, what background, text, etc.

Or, make one at Ms Paint and then use an image host and push the banner button and put the link in the banner. Wah-la!

I'm not to sure about how you can turn it into a link, I don't have a fic that's why...maybe soon...o_o''

It doesn't have to be a banner... Just a link, or an image. Check out my sig with the Uprising or Tachyon's sig with his Clockrow. I know for a fact that I knocked up mine in a matter of minutes -- then used Photobucket to host it. As for making it a link... vB code explains it... (at bottom of page on the right).
