Where can I get a JP R/S?

I dunno if I put this in the right place, but, is there a specific site that sells a Japanese Ruby or Sapphire for less that $35? Don't ask why, or tell me that I can buy a used US R/S for cheaper. I just want to know if there's a site that can sell a JP R/S for cheap or something (not like $40-$50).
