as what i said on my topic where can i get belly drum because im building a belly drummer charizard..

You can't "get" it anywhere, it's not a TM. You need to breed it onto Charmander because it's one of its Egg Moves.

The Breeding sticky has chains to get Egg Moves for each Pokemon, plus an explanation on breeding:
