Those scents can be brought in Agate Village, just like the way that it worked in Pokémon Colosseum. If I were you, I would use the Purify Chamber to get the Shadow Pokémon to become unshadowed because it's much quicker and cheaper. But if you're the kind of person that likes to collect items and look at the effects, then that's okay also, because I see a lot of people that like to do that.
