Swim below where the Safari Zone is (that port). Don't go all the way down, but come around when you come across a huge mountain shaped thing.

As I know, it is inside the MT.Pyre but I am not sure in which floor. Maybe 4 or 5.

Woops, I'm sorry (It was very early in the morning here lol). All I know is you have to climb to the top and fall down certain holes. You will find Lax Incense and Sea Incense.

Once you get there, save before you go down a hole, it'll save lots of time.

Its on the 4th or 5th floor. You can't just walk to it though. Its surrounded by those graves. You know those holes on the floor? Go to the top floor and fall in and get the item.
