Yeah, on the path that leads to the Cycling Road there should be an entrance to a small field with some long grass. Head left and go through the checkpoint. There you'll find a house with a woman along with her flying pokemon. She'll give you the Fly HM.

ok go to celadon city and get rid of the snorlax,cut the tree and go in the back way to the big building next to the bike path!!
