(Continued from title)Do I find the Name Rater? My game is the Ruby version btw. I searched and serached and I still can't find him/her. Or if there isn't a name rater, then how do I edit my Pokemons' names?
He's in the Slateport City, near the Pokemon Fan Club. If you want to change the name, just talk to him and he'll offer it.
(And notice, everytime you change your Pokemon's name, there will be a show in the TV)
