Where is a good place to recruit Fire-type Pokemon in Explorers of Sky?

Cause I'm trying to make a team with two Water-types and two Fire-types.
I already tried Steam Cave but all of the Pokemon there are only like level 14 and up.

Who reads this is...
Dark Crater and the Giant Volcano both seem great places to recruit fire types, but you can only reach those late in the game. Other fire types are pretty much obtained by evolution and leveling up, or as starter.

In Giant Volcano. this is the place where you can recruit Fire type pokemon to your team.

Just like txddan said. Giant Volcano and Dark Crater. It won't really matter which fire Pokemon you want but you should go with your favorites.
