Where is a guide to complete the main quest?

Im looking at the FAQ but i didint find anithyng about that, so we can i find a guide to the main quest? Im in slate port city and team magma is in the museam and i can get out of there cuz i need a bike, plz help.

You need to beat Team Magma at the museum, then the others in the north side of city will be taken away. You don't need a bike there.
