Where is Dig!

Where on Rt 114 is Dig? I'm not sure whether I have to show something to the Fossil guy or what. Need help ASAP as i need it for catching the Regi's.

You have to ask the Fossil guy's little brother. I don't know which events already had to be, but if you're about to face the Regis I guess this Event already has taken place. Just ask him and he'll give it to you.

Thanks a cagillion Yeah, I've beaten all the gyms but I beat them on pure luck so I'm going to breed some new pokes and beat them the only two pokes that are any good I have atm are Breloom and Magneton.
