Where is Miror. B?

Everytime the radar goes off, it says "Miror B. may be nearby," but when I look around town, I can never find him- only his 2 assistants.
Is his location randomized, or is he always in a certain place?

You need to enter in the Colosseum of that town. You will fight Miror B. during one of the battles.

Go to key items in the bag and go to the miror radar and select use and it will tell you where he is
If it tells you,
Realgam tower
Pyrite town
You will need to participate in that town's colosseum
If its one of the pokespots you will battle him immediatly

If it says Gateon port after you have 82 shadows he will appear at the tower with Dragonite as a shadow pokemon

What was the point of saying all that? What he needed to konw had already been said and he already knew everything else so it was kind of redundant and stupid to post htat.

OK I'll conclude this pointless thread.

His first appearance is at a Pokespot

If Miror B is at a stadium you have to enter it and face him there.

If hes at a Pokespot just fight him (my suggestion wait for him to go to a Pokespot)

If you snagged all the Pokemon hes on top of the tower at Gateon Port.

If you want to see him after snagging all the pokemon, hes dancing in Krabby Pavilion. No more battles with him though meaning no more theme music.

The end somebody close this please?

I believe that this thread would make a much better conclusion. It actually lists where he is in each place he can appear in.

Er... I found him about 4 days ago. I just needed to know where he appears when the radar goes off.
