Where is Soul Dew!?

alohas, i have the official NP emerald guide (but i forgot since im in portugal) and i remember it saying that wild latias or latios has soul dew, well i caught a latias,saw that it had no dew SRed and repeated, still no dew where is it!

In the wild it's only Wynaut's on Mirage Island.
But somewhere on the island Latias or Latios stand's (If you play Ruby you will find Latias and if you play Saphire you will find Latios. And if you play Emerald you will get the one that you didn't choose when you beated the Elite Four.)

Real way to get **Soul Dew**

I am sure most of you didnt know this but the only way to get a Soul Dew is to get it from Southern Islands.....u can only get here after you have the Eon Ticket..which you get from Intendo Events,or you can mix records with one of your frinds that already have one...doing so you will recieve the Eon Ticket....On Southern Island you will find the opposite Latios or Latias...For example in ruby you encounter the blue Latios...so in ruby you will find the Red one,Latias holding Soul Dew..in Sapphire you will find Blue one since you can already get the red one in the wild.....but the ones you encounter in the wild ARE NOT HOLDING THE SOULD DEW.....only the ones in Southern Islands are ...but you have to have the Eon Ticket....

SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR SOUL DEW ON THE WILD LATIOS OR LATIAS!!!!!!!

...Yeah pretty much answered. Soul Dew is only on the Eon Ticket Latios/Latias, and cannot be optained on a Wild Latios/Latias.
