There any other way to get the Aurora ticket or whatever in Sapphire/Emerald besides using an Action Replay?

What is this Wonder Spot thing in real life anyway?

A wireless transmitter machine Nintendo would put on the show floor at conventions and other major events, used to transmit the necessary data to FR/LG or Emerald with the Wireless Adapter.

Not anymore, no. The Aurora Ticket was an event back then and sadly that event is no longer available.
