Togepi is on 5 island on the left side of the water labyrint. make sure all your pokemons in your party love you very much and have a free spot in your party.

Surf on the water on the left side of the island, and then when it says Water Path, and you can go either left or up, go left until you find a piece of land. You will see a woman and an old man. Talk to the old man and make sure you have a pokemon that loves you fully. He will give you an egg. But make sure you have an open slot.

Then once you hatch the egg, put the togepi first in your party and talk to the man at the labyrinth again. He will then say something that gets added to Daisy's section of the famechecker.
