Mew is found on floors 36F through 98F of the Buried Relic dungeon; Entei is in 30F of the Fiery Field dungeon, Raikou on 30F of Lighting Field, Suicune on 30F of Northwind Field, and Ho-Oh on 40F of Mt. Faraway.

Yes, Mew is in Buried Relic. Just make sure you have the Music Box in your inventory and check the message log for something like "Mew picked up <item>" or "Mew has Transformed into <Pokémon>", as those will be your ONLY clues to if it's on your floor or not. Someone on here once said that if you go more than twelve steps without a message like that, then Mew isn't on that floor.

Not sure what other dungeons you have to open up/legendaries you have to recruit before Fiery Field is open, though. After that, it's like a chain reaction; FF > LF > NWF > MTFA.

World domination!
It is triggered by getting surf from the solar cave and not owning southern island otherwise you need to go to sleep again because the Latios and Latias event will be triggered.
