Where to put a thread for that GTS i developed....?

Heyyas,

i've implemented a new GTS server emulation service that i use for giveaway of (not-fanmade) event pokemon. I've developed a method to generate pokemon as in the real events, meaning they are no clones as well as 100% legit by all legit-checkers i've found out there. Would it be okay to post a note with a link to the site here on the Forums? If so, what would be the appropriate section for this.

I hope it's okay to ask about this. I've posted it on a few other forums and communities and the people found it really nice, but as i don't want to violate any rules i thought i might ask before actually doing something .
