Wheres Best?

I have finished EV training my Ninetales, but I still need to level it up more.
Its about lvl.46 but I need to get it up to about 55-60
Where can I battle to raise it?
Apart from the Elite 4 because that is really boring and hard beause I have to use Exp.Share.
Any other ideas?

In Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, the elite 4 is generally the best place for exp points. Fire Red/Leaf Green is actually better for exp points with its match calls and higher level pokemon in elite 4.

Or...

Setup secret bases from other games so you can always fight either a team of all tail-whipping blisseys and/or memento gardevoirs at level 100, and get a lucky egg from either a wild chansey in FR/LG safari zone (extremely rare!) or from XD after defeating the game for enhanced exp points, etc...

Try with Pokenav trainers.
In the Mauville trainers want a rematch.
If you don't like E4, victory road is good for you.
You can catch good Pokemon.

Victory Road is the best place for leveling up high level Pokemon. It is very boring though, and gets old fast. But other than gym leaders and the Elite Four, that's the place. The place I use to get weaker to mid level Pokemon strong is the route to the west of Mauville City. It's full of rematch trainers that will help your Pokemon get stronger in no time. This is also the place I use to give weaker Pokemon battling experience, without switching them out for stronger Pokemon.

You have to beat the Ekite Four once. Bummer, huh? I was gonna train battling the Gym Leaders to defeat the Elite Four ;-;

Re-battling the Gym Leaders is good for training, but you can do it only in Emerald after beat the Elite Four.
You can battle Re-match trainers too.
