Where's Feebas?

I've seen on the main site that they're a bunch pf arrows showing you the positions to fid Feebas. But I don't understand them. So if anyone has a translation-

The arrows are indicating that you should move in that kind of motion (you have to search every square until you find it.)

This means you move to the right.

-v

This means you move down

<-<-<-<-<-<

This means you move to the left

v- this means you go down (after having gone as far left as you can go)

etc.
