She's in the cave on the far left side of town. Once you enter, take the first ledge left to where the bodybuilder is. She'll be in that cave with the item chests at the end.

Yeah, I tried looking on the site but it wasn't very helpful. I didn't even know there was a move tutor in XD until recently.
