Which 4th gen pkmn is the ugliest and why?

I'd say Purugly and Probopass all the way. I'n not too fond of Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Regigigas, and Tangrowth.

I think Gliscor's sprite looks to rigid and it's just ugly in the first place, but Heatran and Magmortar are pretty blah. Hippowdon is ugly in an almost cute way.

I'd say happiny, ambipom, magmortar, and probopass are some of the worst ones as far as ugliness goes.

The ugliest Pokemon is probably Tangrowth. Tbh, it looks exactly like Tangela except this one has more blue hair and two arms. It could at least be a bit more original. D:
