Which annoying pokemon is the worst?

I don't know why everyone whines about Zigzagoon being common, because on my Emerald game I havn't seen one since Fortree and even prior to that I came across them infrequently.
But nevertheless, I hate all of them.

I don't find Tentacool annoying. I found a shiny one, and it is my favorite shiny that I have.

I vote Golbat because it uses Mean Look, Confuse Ray, and all of those annoying moves. But what about my shiny Crobat, who used to be a Golbat. Um, I don't quite know? What about, Adamant Feebas? -_-

Garsh, Tentacool. That thing is EVERYWHERE when you surf. Zubat is a close second, but, Crobat beats Zubat. That's the only reason I bothered to catch one.

Zubats are second worst but before you can use fly to get somewhere you have to go through water and some things are far away and you have to battle alot of tentacool
