which baby is weaker?

hey guys, which of these two baby pokemon has the weaker stats, weaker moveset... and generally... weak?

Cleffa has a higher base Sp.Attack and Defense than Igglybuff, but Iggly's base Hp is wayy higher than Cleffa's. It's Attack is higher too. As for a movepool, they're pretty much the same... but...

I think that Clefable can last longer than Wigglytuff thanks to attacks like Cosmic Power.

I'd say Cleffa is weaker. I raised both at the same time not too long ago, and Igglybuff was a powerhouse compared to Cleffa. :X

They're both weak obviously (but they're cute so who cares!?) but atleast Igglybuff has less chance of dying on the first hit. Meh.

Maybe Cleffa is weaker, but when they evolve, Cleffable is stronger than Wigglytuff.
