Which cards in your oppinion need reprinting/rereleasing as promos or in future sets?

And no, I'm not saying that they should change anything writen on the cards if they were to re-release them. They remain as they were when they were released.

For me, the reprints I want are,

Dunsparce (EX: SS): This was a manditory staple in every deck. Needs to have a reprint as a promo.

All of the Weather Related Stadiums (EX: HL): Castform decks aren't useless. Unless they do not have these to go with them.

All of the R/S Starter Evo-chain cards (EX: RS): Same thing, they need to be rereleased as a promo.

Town Volunteers: (Cant Remember Set): Very good gupporter.

Fisherman (Skyridge I think): Good for free energy recolection.

Rayquaza EX (EX: Dragons): Powerful beatdown machine, not to bad on th energy rquirements

Blaziken EX (EX: Magma Vs Aqua): Man, this thing kicked butt like mad for me in the State Championships. I got like 3rd place. Definately needs a reprint.

Jirrachi (EX: HL): New format coming up, why not be cheap and reprint this.

Rain Dance Blastoise+Blastoise Evo chains (WOTC: Base Set): Soo freaking cheap and efficient to not be reprinted.

Rainbow Energy (Was in so many sets I lost track of them all): You all saw this one coming.

Double Colorless Energy (WOTC: Base Set): Well, it would be handy for the coming modified format. The wording would have to be changed to say that it was a Special Energy card.

Recycle Energy (WOTC: Neo Set): Cheap and recyclable for most decks.

Double Rainbow (EX: MvsA): "Inserts obvious (duh!) here"

So, any others that you people can think of to add onto this list.

Dunsparce: Plusle DX replaced it, and Tauros (to be released in Crystal Guardians) will probably do the same.

High/Low Pressure System were reprinted in POP3.

Blastoise: NO NO NO. Too broken.

Rainbow Energy: Was reprinted in EX Legend Maker.

Double Rainbow Energy: Was reprinted in EX Emerald.

Recycle Energy: Again, too broken to be reprinted.

Rocket Expansion Magikarp-Rapid Evolution Rocks.

Why not just use the FRLG Ascension Magikarp? It takes 1 less Energy and only 1 of them has to be Water.

I don't want reprints. I want new cards. Giving me reprints of old stadium cards doesn't impress me.

Here's what I'd like:

More Corocoro promos - Can we finally get a Munchlax promo here? How about Lukario? Sure, they're not the greatest cards, but that's why they're promos.

I'd like to see the Pokemon Player's Club promos released, including Shiny Vaporeon, Flareon, Umbreon, Espeon, and Jolteon, in addition to some of the special trainer cards that they've released as well.

Sure.

Corocoro is a Japanese shounen magazine that promotes "monster battle" type animes. They currently feature animes such as Pokemon, Rockman(Megaman), etc. Each month, they have one or two promotional cards included in their magazines. Japanese magazines are big on 'furoku', or freebies, so almost every magazine in Japan includes some for purchasing their magazine. Some months, Corocoro has Pokemon cards, and this is where the promo cards come from.

The Pokemon Player's Club is geared towards players in Japan. Every match you play in gives you points, and when documented, you can use these points to obtain rare cards. The more points you have, the rarer the card you're going to be able to get.
