They have meet Kangaskhan more than once so you need to be more deteailed but I think your talking about "The Kangaskhan Kid" and I don't think May has ever encounter one

They met Kangaskhan in the Kangaskhan Kid episode, and the 'Eggciting Adventure' episode. Or whatever it's called. The episode with the egg pun where Ash's Phanpy egg is stolen. :<
