and alot more than i cant think of

Most of them aren't in FRLG... A lot are in the GameCube games only in terms of Gen III.

A lot of them, I'd say. I would count some of the legendaries too, like Ho-oh and Lugia because not everyone has acces to nintendo events, like myself. Houndour, Teddiursa, Mareep, Aipom, Sudowoodo, Shuckle, Miltank, basically the altering cave pokemon, which again, we don't have access to anything other than zubaats, and gligar, and there are many others on the list. Hah, they might as well give us remakes of G/S/C while we wait for Diamond and pearl, because crystal was only a little better of a remake, but not good enough.

the gsc starters are not catchable in fr/lg

you can trade them in from another game like Emerald though
