Which natures would be good for Spearow, Sandshrew, Vulpix and Bellsprout?

it depends what you want to train them for, adamant nature for spearow and sandshrew if you dont intend giving them special attacks and for the others probably modest if u intend using special attack moves!

Victreebel has the highest attack of any poison type, except Muk who's tied with it. Think about that for a while.
