Yukiwarashi <3. Because it's my favourite Pokemon.
But I like all the Ice Pokemon except Dewgong, Lapras, Cloyster and Articuno.

Jynx ( DUHHHHHHHH), Articuno, Regice, Cloyster, and Lapras. Sneasel maybe but no Stab and low special attack hurts. Manyula, too.
Jynx is a great special sweeper with 95 base speed and 115 base special attack (highest in ice pokemon). With access to Calm Mind, Lovely Kiss and Stab Psychic and Ice Beam, she can sweep teams. its that god awful defense that hurts her the most.
Regice is a great special sponge with a whopping 200 base special defense and a averge 80 hp. Its 100 special attack isn't too shabby and it can take its share of physical hits with 100 base defense. Its attack is low but it doesn't need it. its speed problem can be fixed with thunder wave. It can boltbeam very well which only 3 pokemon are resistant too. It can psych up calm minds and curses- it will be impossible to kill now.
Cloyster is on eof the three spikers that isn't stopped by magneton. it can also rapid spin, too. It has a great 180 defense but with two common physical weaknesses and no physical resistances it isn't that good as a physical wall. Add 50 base hp and 45 base special defense which means it barly survives strong physical attacks and dies to every special attack not named ice beam. Stll, it can take a few Earthquakes and Shadow Balls here and there. It has decent offensive attacks. Its Stabbed Ice Beam and Surf can hurt a lot and it can explode. it has decent soeed- ennough for what it does.
Articuno is a graet special sponge though not as good as regice. It has more special and physical weaknesses such as an electric weakness, ice nuetrality, and a $x rock weakness. It has less defensive stats but 125 special defense and 100 defense is nothing to scoff at. Its main problem is its movepool- its barren. Its main attack is Ice Beam. It has little offensive attacks but don't underestimate its stabbed ice Beam. Its more of a support pokemon able to psuedo pass with Reflect, phaze with roar and , with XD help, able to heal the team with Heal Bell and haze with Haze. Its best asset is its ability- pressure which cuts the opponent's pp by 2 instead of 1. With arti's great defenses, it will wipe your pokemon's pp clean.
Lapras is a mixture of all roles with its all around great stas. It has good defensive statas and a massive 130 hp. Its trait water absorb shuts down water attacks and with a 4x resistance to ice it nullifies pokemon like suicune. It has stabbed surf and ice beam coming off a fairly good max 295 special attack. It can also learn thunderbolt which leads to the boltbeam combo. It can phaze with roar, sleep with sing, and be a cleric with XD heal bell.
Sneasel is often shunned do to having no good Stab at all. it is two special types but it won't be hurting much with 30 base special attack. Still, it has pretty good attack and a great speed stat of 115. it is best with swords dance or even choice band.
All the other ice types suck, period. Walrein might be good but there is lapras. Piloswine has barely any defenses at all which hurt it. it still might be able too attack with Stabbed EQ's coming off a 100 base attack. It can also make 101 hp subs like walrein. Glailie is an inferior mew/celebi/jirachi/manafi. 80 in all stas is okay, but it still isn't good enough. I suppose it could choice band with its okay physical movepool. But the best thing you can do with it is lay some spikes down and then try to kill something with explosion. Dewgong is lol but it is still really adorable. Delibird is also lawl but I guess it can hurt stuff with STabbed, Choice Banded, Hustled Aerial Ace. Still, its adorable.

Articuno because it is the strongest ice pokemon.
