Which is your favorite?

I plan to write a story, but I don't know which one I want to write. Vote on the poll:

-Mediveal Times (Knights, Castles, etc.)
-Coding (Like Hicking such as "24" TV show)
-WWII (World War 2 stuff)

Note: I know most of you will say a Pokemon story, but that is a NO. I've tried some in the past, and didn't turn out too well

Uh... Dude, I think you mean "hacking," not "hiking." And 24 doesn't really count. That's just action, really. I voted for WWII, since knights and such bore the heck out of me unless they are magic-infused, and I've never read anything about hacking that got it right.

Well, it's an example for the CTU. (Couter Terroist Unit) and they hack into networks, phone numbers, etc. That's what I'm talking about.

'Spy hacking' isn't lame :/ cause even now, if you're a spy and caught you can be scentences to death. :X draaama. Seriously, I don't think it's lame >>

Anyways;

#1: There's more to medival than knights and castles. Such as legends, lore, 'magic' and darkness and all that jazz. So if you do write a medival story, look into it.

#2: Um ... if you can't even spell counter then no. And I think you would broach upon touchy subjects possibly.

#3: I don't think you should, unless you do alot of researching, like book writers and movie makers do before doing anything concerning a war/war time material.

Meaning- Yami thinks your best bet is the Medival set story.

WWII stuff for sure. It would have more action and excitement. Im all about war anyway.

I'd say Medeival Times, especially when infused with fairytales, Arthurian legend, Robin Hood, etc.

WWII would be the next best, in my opinion, as lots of action and such would be a good thing.

Spying... it could be really good if the action is well written and the plot is thick.

Aw, no love for stealthy spy hacking? Medieval times has been done to hell and back, and if I wanted more WWII action I would go out and play one of the countless WWII based FPSes. Stealthy spy-ish hacking on the other hand is such an underrepresented genre Hell, anything that uses computers as a main plot device is underrepresented period...

Heh, a fanfic that I wrote one pilot chapter of prior to settling on my current one was set in the distant future of the Pokémon world and starred a cybernetically enhanced hero and a cyborg Typhlosion who were both adept at hacking. The main plot was going to involve them hacking into both the internet and “cybernet” (a virtual reality that all cybernetically enhanced beings can access) to spy on this giant mega corporation that had developed a monopoly over cybernetic technology. Shame it didn’t work out (mostly for lack of a good, far-reaching plot) Perhaps I could revive it in some way, some time...
