which IV and Nature ?

i'm beggining a new game and i have two bulbasaur:

Nature:Hasty
IV: hp:19 att:26 def:16 spatt:30 spdef:19 spd:19


Nature:quirky
IV: hp:30 att:26 def:26 spatt:19 spdef:19 spd:19

which one should i choose?

Out of the two I would go with the first one since Venusaur has mostly Special Attack moves but a couple of Attack moves like Razor Leaf. But if you plan on EV training them you should get better natures.

if i find a mild nature with hp20 att10 def9 spatt12 spdef12 spd10 (this is the best so far i could find) it only makes 1 point spatck diffrence with lvl 50 pokemon ,4point diffrence with lvl 100 pokemon.

and also http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Natures at this link below there is a battle style section and hasty seems better than mild.

if i'm wrong please correct me.
