Which Kalos Starter Is Your Favorite Based On The Middle Stage Only?

I know this has been done before, but I was thinking of making topics and polls of my own on which starter is your favorite based on each form. Now remember, each of you will obviously have opinions on this and I will have mine as well.

So this topic is which of the Kalos Starters do you like based on their middle stage only? Mine is Braixen.

Hariborg (Quilladin) is my favorite, although frankly speaking I don't think that the middle stage forms of the Gen VI Starters are that great or enthralling in general.

I'd say Braixen as its magician traits are rather pretty and elegant, even though Frogadier is just as beautiful thanks to its ocean blue colour palette (much better looking than Froakie and Greninja, in my opinion).
Lastly there's Quilladin... What the hell is it even supposed to be? Chespin looked so cute, unique, fresh, original... and then it evolves into something that resembles an ugly Grass-type version of Pignite... Hopefully Chesnaught will solve this issue thanks to its shield shaped wooden shell and fabulous 3D model.

Frogadier has to be one of the best-looking middle stages out there. Braixen comes a close second.

Quilladin is definitely the worst for being a Pignite clone. I just level up past it just to finish the pokedex entries.

The only episode it appeared in was also terrible in both plot and a dumb portrayal of pokemon love between completely different species.

Braixen's my fave- it's got such a fun design and I love its attack animation with the stick. I think Quilladin is honestly kind of cute- not a big fan of Frogadier.

Braixen for sure. It's the prettiest middle stage Kalos starter and probably the cutest looking one out of all of them, period.

Frogadier looks great to me, it’s one of my favourite middle evolutions. It takes froakie’s design and makes it more sleek, but stands out from Greninja due to its different aesthetic. When I saw Greninja from the trailers I actually liked Frogadier more and planned to not evolve it lol, but that changed during my playthrough
